Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is available for your chosen delivery method.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Customs and import fees

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
